Based on powerful 3D-software assistance and integration designing by CAD/CAM, the institute continuously develops new NC cutting tool products to meet the requirements of the market. At present it’s responsible for the 4 major designing tasks, i.e. 1) tooling systems for boring and milling (includes TSG, TMG 21, HSK tooling systems and gauges for taper measuring, calibration bars etc.), 2) turning tooling system (includes indexable precision turning tools, CZG turning tool holders and turning rotary tool holders), 3) indexable milling cutters (includes radial and tangential indexable milling cutters, and indexable mold milling cutters), 4) accessories to CNC machine tools (includes master and square angular heads, tool adjusters etc.) which are widely applied in many fields like automobile, aerospace, military projects, shipping, power generation, mechanical working and so on. It also can provide products according to customers’ requirements.
